FACTORY SELECTION
We normally picked manufacturing facilities that meet your requirements. We represent your customer in all vendor negotiations to leverage the deal. Additionally, we second source for large volume order. Shipping time is crucial we qualify a vendor based on accessibility. Our experience is it should be near a major international airport. Tax incentives in industrial zones where there is a pool of labor force consisting of skilled workers are preferred.

QUALITY CONTROL
We provide on site inspection or hire a third party for every project we handle. Through our regular presence, the factories realize that consistent workmanship is demanded from start to finish. Their performance is rated and future contracts are determined through these production evaluations. We stress the use of SPC, ISO 14001 principles as well as the respect for 6 s concept. We provide most training on SPC methods etc.

CUSTOM & DUTY TAX
We review the latest customs, and tax duty regulations constantly to assure our clients get most savings. See new Chinese regulations in reference to WTC & APEC.  We have experienced import and export licensing team.

INSPECTIONS
We have SQEs conduct audit of finished product. Quality of raw materials and workmanship is standardized to meet all of our client’s exact specifications. Special Testing is available upon request.

INVENTORY
We recommend to our suppliers to employ latest inventory systems, to minimize carrying costs.

FREIGHT PRACTICE
Freight costs, as with manufacturing costs, can be leveraged through volume. We negotiate freight charges from a position of strength through its volume. We can work with your preferred shipping lines, freight forwarders, express shippers, or utilize freight companies where we have long standing relationships.  Our selected sites are typically 24 hours away by air from outside of China.
